Our stories

Commerce 46
In the heart of Brussels' European district, the 'Rue du Commerce, 46' building hosts the offices of the Directorate General for Employment.
The European Commission called on our 'Designed by Impact Furniture' service to fit out three floors (2,000 m²) in a circular fashion.
The furnishings include made-to-measure tables covered in anti-leather, acoustic solutions (panels, alcoves, desk dividers), lighting elements, planters, toolkits and picnic tables on the rooftop.
DG Employment was particularly impressed by our social approach, combined with the circularity of the materials used.

USquare
Usquare is an ambitious project to transform the former barracks of Ixelles into a new sustainable urban district.
The conversion of these 22 historic buildings focuses on the circular economy: maximum restoration of buildings, reuse of original materials, flexible design of new constructions.
The main building is home to a joint ULB and VUB research center specializing in sustainable development, education and entrepreneurship.
The Brussels universities asked us to fit out the central hall (made-to-measure tables and desks, chairs), the common areas (high tables, armchairs, alcoves) and the seminar rooms (made-to-measure tables, chairs), as well as to supply the recycling bins.
We've given pride of place to bamboo, which blends perfectly with the post-industrial charm of the premises.

Atomium
Our sorting stations are an elegant addition to this emblematic Brussels landmark, both indoors and outdoors. They are available in multiple versions, offering up to five different compartments for waste separation.
For us, these objects are highly symbolic: produced from materials considered to be waste, they now facilitate the recycling of waste from the many tourists who visit this Brussels icon.
They also bring our product range into the economy of functionality, as they are available with a leasing contract.
